Studio Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Studio Lead Times

  • Original Works & Sketches: Available, pre-existing works are carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched from the studio within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Custom Commissions: Shipping timelines for bespoke commissions are established during the initial consultation. The final piece will only be shipped once the artwork is completed, fully cured, and approved by the collector.

Archival Packaging Every piece of art is handled with the highest level of care. Works on paper are protected in acid-free, archival sleeves to prevent moisture or environmental damage. All pieces are shipped flat in reinforced, rigid gallery packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • All orders are shipped via premium couriers (FedEx or UPS) to ensure reliable handling.

  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the total acquisition value of the artwork.

  • Signature Requirement: To protect your investment, a direct signature is strictly required upon delivery for all original artworks and commissions. Packages will not be left unattended on porches or doorsteps.

International Shipping We accommodate international collectors. Please note that international transit times vary significantly by destination.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: The collector is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their respective country. The studio operates strictly in compliance with international trade laws and will declare the exact value of the artwork on all customs documentation.

Tracking Your Acquisition Once your piece has left the studio, you will receive a formal notification containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date, allowing you to arrange to be present for the required signature.

Damaged in Transit While extremely rare due to our rigid packaging standards, if a piece arrives damaged, please photograph the unopened exterior packaging and the damaged artwork immediately. Contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so we can file an insurance claim with the courier and resolve the issue.
