Return Policy

Studio Acquisition Policy: Final Sale & Defective Deliveries

Standard of Finality Because of the rigorous studio execution and archival nature of our work, all acquisitions—including original masterworks, sanguine sketches, and private commissions—are final sale. The studio does not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for changes of mind or spatial miscalculations.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries We engineer our custom shipping vaults to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition. However, if an artwork is structurally defective or sustains physical damage during courier transit, the Atelier takes full responsibility and will resolve the issue immediately.

Please adhere to the following protocol for damaged deliveries:

  1. The Notification Window: You must contact the studio at [Insert Contact Email] within 72 hours of the documented delivery timestamp.

  2. Photographic Evidence: Include clear, macro photographs of the damage to the artwork, as well as the external condition of the original shipping box. Do not discard the packaging materials, as they are required for courier insurance verification.

  3. Return Authorization: Upon verification of the damage, the studio will issue a pre-paid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label. You are never responsible for return shipping costs on defective or damaged pieces.

  4. The Resolution: * For Original Masterworks: The piece will be returned to the Houston studio for evaluation and structural repair. If a repair is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    • For Prints & Sketches: A direct, identical replacement will be expedited to you at zero additional cost.

Please note: The artwork must be returned using the provided pre-paid label and secured in its original packaging. The studio accepts no liability for secondary damage incurred during return transit due to improper repackaging by the collector.
