I demand the absolute certainty of charcoal and graphite for my intense figurative realism, and the delicate nuance of color pencil for subtle detail. Yet, I also embrace the fluidity of watercolor, the layered depth of acrylic, and the rich complexity of mixed media to give form to the unseen stories beneath the surface.
